Happiness

Hello Everyone! It seems that I have already fallen behind on my weekly blog schedule. I have been feeling very overwhelmed with all the new changes going on with Jaxsons diet. Even with all the bottles I have been giving him and bolus feeds. He still isn't meeting his daily quota for ounces. The other day I pushed the bottles and he ended up throwing up which is so frustrating because he needs all the calories he can get. It looks like he is going to have to go back on his night feed. I just have to figure out what I am going to do about him pulling his feed out. I know in the end it will all work out. He has a good team and me as a mom of course it will work out lol. So I am going to be starting the 100 days of happiness challenge. What is that you may ask? Well if you go to www.100happydays.com you can find out all the information. But I will tell you alittle about it. So you sign up and each day for 100 days you post a picture on twitter, facebook, or Instagram of something that makes you happy that day. I think that it is a really simple way to take a little bit of time to appreciate something good about your day. The reason I am doing this is because I am so sick of focusing mostly on the negative in my day but not the positive. I am hoping that by doing this challenge it will help me to become a more positive person. To me happiness is: enjoying the small things and not dwelling on the negative things. This is a constant struggle in my life cause as we all know negativity is all around us and is very hard to ignore. If I remember I am going to try to list 7 things a week that make me happy.
